In addition to the new features, we need to take into account all the improvements made to the platform's existing functions: display and platform performance, user experience, cybersecurity, and so on.

Note: this quarterly update is the cumulative result of work carried out in Web versions 1.14.15 to 1.14.26 and mobile versions 1.3.2 to 1.3.5.
Platform Security

The security of the platform has been strengthened. Work sessions now have a maximum duration of 12 hours, and session information is no longer shared between different tabs and windows within the same browser.
Several library updates have been carried out.
Multifactor authentication has been added to increase security in Stelar: multifactor authentication strengthens security by asking users for a second authentication factor (code to be entered from an authentication application such as Microsoft Authenticator) in addition to the password.
In the event of a security breach, the Stelar platform administrator has the option of forcing a user's password to be reset (Reset password) and/or resetting multifactor authentication (MFA).
A user's last login date is now displayed in the user list.
A Stelar platform administrator can now manually resend an invitation to a user who has not filled in or completed their registration by the deadline (as many times as necessary).
A permissions check for voice transcription has been added.

Users can now change their password independently.
Saving Filters and Settings
Web APP
This feature allows a user's filters and settings to be retained across different work sessions. For example, if you filter and sort interventions by their status, these settings will be retained even after the user has logged out. They will also be accessible for all browsers that the user might use in the future. This functionality is essentially linked to the user's account and profile.
Roles and Deletion

A user must now have a role for their main organisation and it is now impossible to delete the user's last role for this organisation.

In the user table, the user's status can now be displayed according to the following options:

active
reset password
inactive
Template Visibilty

Template names are now visible when a job is created or modified.
Observations - Scheduling According to Workflow

Each stage of the observations is now displayed according to their logical sequence in a workflow (from Preparation to Completed).
Resetting/Deleting Filters and Sorts in a Table

New buttons have been created to activate either the reset of default filters and/or sorts (factory settings) or the deletion of the last filters and/or sorts chosen.
Adding to Synchronised Items

Addition of a list of unsynchronised items when the orange cloud in the application header is pressed.
Tooltip

Tooltips added for all buttons when pressed and held for more than 1 second. These provide information about what the buttons do. Example :
Undo a Backup

A button has been added to undo the last save in the interventions, when available.
Synchronization and Localization

Modification of the location selection mode during synchronization by adding a button to automatically synchronize all locations where the logged-in user has at least one intervention in progress. The user can still select the desired locations manually. Those with at least one intervention have been moved to the top of the list with an icon indicating it.
Automatic Backup

Addition of an automatic backup of application data. Every 5 minutes, the application checks whether there have been any changes to the application data and, if so, creates a backup file. The last 15 files are retained and the user can recover any version by selecting it in Options->Recover Auto Backup and following the instructions. This is an emergency tool only and can create conflicts if used incorrectly.
Automatic Picture Backup

A setting was added to enable/disable automatic saving of pictures taken in the application in the device gallery.
Labels Describing Defects

Descriptive labels and the Delete function (trash can icon) now appear outside the boxes surrounding the defects. These functions are available by clicking on the box.
Cancelling a Tablet Backup

As on the web platform, an Undo button has been added to allow you to undo the last save when working in split screen view on tablets.

Enhanced observation transition flow with the addition of active and discarded statuses.

Data integrity has been improved.
Datasets

The presentation of the dataset tabs has been revised.
The names of the data sets are now always displayed.
The name no longer appears in hover mode.
The graphic dataset still does not exist and has therefore been withdrawn.
Corrections
We have carried out 19 major patches in the last 3 months.
